When the cold weather hits, we like to stay warm by turning on the oven and testing the next recipe for you to try. We wanted something truly indulgent, so we decided on macadamia white chocolate chunk cookies.
After chocolate chip, these cookies seem to be one of the most popular flavour combinations. With their rich, buttery flavour, macadamia nuts complement the sweetness of the white chocolate. We baked up half the recipe, and saved the rest of the dough in the freezer to bake another time.
