Soft ginger molasses cookies. A good year-round classic, but a holiday favourite and these always make an appearance in our kitchen in the fall.
We played around with a traditional recipe, adding some extra ginger and molasses. What we ended up with was a perfectly soft and chewy cookie with crispy edges, beautiful crinkles, and a delightful spiciness from the ginger.
