GF Patisserie is a dedicated gluten free bakery.  We focus on handmade Artisan breads and pastries.  We started out of necessity for quality GF baked goods, using only the best natural ingredients available, (Callebaut chocolate, Nielson-Massey Vanilla, un-salted butter, - we even squeeze and zest our lemons.  we bake from scratch everyday in small batches, no artificial flavours or preservatives.  You will never find shortening in our butter creams or baked goods.

GF Patisserie believes everyone deserves the best.  Nothing makes us happier than when a customer's face (especially children) lights up with pure joy after tasting one of our Gluten Free baked goodies!

Method of payment:  Cash or cheque only.

Disclaimer:  GF Patisserie specializes in gluten free products.  If you have any other allergies, please ask about ingredients to see which baked goods are right for you.
We do use nuts, (pecans, hazelnuts, almonds) in our facility.  Also, some of our vendors' products may have come in contact with nuts, eggs, dairy, soy, etc.
Although GF Patisserie try's to accommodate other allergens, (some diary free and soy free baked goods), we are unable to accommodate every allergy.  Ultimately, it is the consumers responsibility to check all ingredients to ensure safety of baked products before consumed.
