GF Patisserie is bakeries dedicated to gluten-free baking. Focusing on Artisan breads and pastries. Unique to the fact that products are fresh baked daily. This allows the customer on a gluten free diet to enjoy a true bakery experience.
GF Patisserie started out of necessity for quality GF baked goods, using only the best natural ingredients available, including Barry Callebaut chocolate, Nielson-Massey Vanilla, unsalted butter, and fresh squeezed lemons.
All of our breads, pastries, and fillings are made from scratch using no artificial flavours or preservatives. You will never find shortening in our buttercreams or baked goods.
